Parinaama, founded in 2012 and rooted in the Sanskrit word for transformation, is dedicated to driving sustainable development through its core pillars of health, livelihoods, and education, underpinned by an unrelenting commitment to climate, gender and social equity. By addressing systemic inequities, Parinaama empowers marginalized communities to achieve resilience and self-reliance through programs that bridge health disparities, foster financial inclusion, and ensure equitable access to education and sustainable livelihoods.

Our participatory approach prioritizes co-creation with communities, deeply respecting their culture, values, and aspirations. Parinaama’s ‘long-term handholding’ model brings together community leaders, local governments, and traditional custodians, fostering collaboration for enduring impact. At its heart, Parinaama believes that sustainable change arises from within communities themselves, bridging the gap between aspirations and opportunities while safeguarding cultural identity and dignity.
